The Order authorises the Llangollen Railway Trust to construct and operate a new railway (“the extension railway”) from Corwen to Carrog in the county of Denbighshire together with related works and facilities. The extension railway will largely be constructed on the trackbed of part of the former Ruabon to Morfa Mawddach railway and will include a junction at Carrog with the existing railway of the Trust. In addition the Order makes other provisions in relation to the extension railway and the existing railway. The Order does not contain compulsory purchase powers and interests in or rights over the land required for the works will be acquired by agreement. A copy of the works plan may be inspected at the offices of the Llangollen Railway Trust, the Railway Station, Abbey Road, Llangollen LL20 8SN.

What Parliament said about it
Hansard was searched for this instrument by name and returned nothing. That is the ordinary outcome: an instrument laid under the negative procedure is usually never debated, and becomes law without a word said about it in either House.
How Parliament handled it
Parliament's Statutory Instruments service records procedure from May 2017 onwards, and this instrument predates it. That is a limit of the source, not a statement that nothing happened.
