This Order authorises Highways England Company Limited to construct, operate and maintain the A303 (Amesbury to Berwick Down). This is a new road tunnel linking Amesbury to Berwick Down in Wiltshire and associated works. The Order would permit Highways England to acquire, compulsorily or by agreement, land and rights in land and to use land for this purpose. A copy of all documents mentioned in this Order and certified in accordance with article 55 (certification of plans, etc.) of this Order may be inspected free of charge during working hours at Highways England, Bridge House, 1 Walnut Tree Close, Guildford, Surrey GU1 4LZ.
