This Order supersedes the Dockyard Port of Plymouth Order 1999 which it revokes. It makes port regulations for the proper protection of Her Majesty’s vessels and property within the dockyard port of Plymouth (“the dockyard port”) and makes rules prescribing the steps to be taken for the avoidance of collision by vessels navigating the waters of the dockyard port. Admiralty charts relating to the dockyard port area can be bought from an Admiralty Chart Agent; details of these suppliers can be obtained at https://www.admiralty.co.uk.
