This Order authorises Transport for London to construct, operate and maintain an extension to the London Overground Gospel Oak to Barking line from Barking station to a new station at Barking Riverside in the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham. The Order authorises the compulsory acquisition and the temporary use of land for the purposes of the works and confers other powers in connection with the construction, operation and maintenance of the works. A copy of the deposited plans, the deposited sections, the traffic regulation plans, the book of reference and the environmental statement mentioned in the Order and certified in accordance with article 42 (certification of plans, etc.) may be inspected free of charge during normal working hours at the offices of Transport for London at Windsor House, 42–50 Victoria Street, London SW1H 0TL.
