This Order authorises Crossrail Limited to construct and operate railway sidings and associated infrastructure at Plumstead, adjacent to the tunnel portal forming part of the works authorised by the Crossrail Act 2008 and being supplemental to the works provided for in that Act. The Order authorises the acquisition and use of land for the purposes of the works and confers powers in connection with the construction and operation of the railway sidings. A copy of the works and land plans, the sections and book of reference mentioned in the Order and certified in accordance with article 25 may be inspected at the registered office of Crossrail Limited at 25 Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5LQ.
