This Order authorises Thames Water Utilities Limited (referred to in this Order as the undertaker) to construct and operate the Thames Tideway Tunnel and associated infrastructure in London. The Order would permit the undertaker to acquire, compulsorily or by agreement, land and rights in land and to use land for this purpose. The Order also makes provision in connection with the maintenance of the project. A copy of the Order plans and the book of reference mentioned in this Order and certified in accordance with article 61 of this Order (certification of plans, etc.) may be inspected free of charge during working hours at the offices of each relevant planning authority.
