These Regulations impose a 50 miles per hour speed limit on the clockwise carriageway of the M60 Motorway at junction 25 and on the exit slip road at that junction leading to the A6017. The Regulations replace the M60 Motorway (Junction 25) (Speed Limit) Regulations 2002 and a temporary order made under section 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which together have imposed a 50 miles per hour speed limit on this length of clockwise carriageway. The temporary order expires when these Regulations come into force. An impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as it has no significant effect on business, charities, voluntary bodies or the public sector and costs imposed on the public sector are less than £5 million.
