This Order authorises London Underground Limited to carry out works to upgrade Victoria underground station, comprising a new sub-surface ticket hall beneath Bressenden Place, the expansion of the existing Victoria Line ticket hall beneath Wilton Road, new lifts, sub-surface escalators and pedestrian links, and for that purpose, to acquire, compulsorily or by agreement, land and rights in land and to use land. A copy of the works and land plans, the book of reference and the traffic regulation plan mentioned in this Order and certified in accordance with article 39 (certification of plans, etc.) of this Order, may be inspected free of charge during working hours at the offices of London Underground Limited at 55 Broadway, London SW1H 0BD.
