This Order empowers Cornwall Council as the harbour authority for Penzance Harbour to construct and maintain works and other harbour facilities at the harbour. The Order also confers further powers on the Council to maintain and regulate their undertaking at Penzance Harbour as a statutory harbour undertaking and defines the limits of jurisdiction of the harbour.
