Explanatory note

This Order provides for the construction and operation of a tidal stream electricity generating station and ancillary works in the Humber Estuary and for the connection of these works to a transformer adjacent to an existing onshore electrical substation. A copy of the works plans and sections prescribed by rule 12(1), (2), (3) and (5) of the Transport and Works (Applications and Objections Procedure) (England and Wales) Rules 2006 (S.I. 2006/1466) and certified in accordance with article 19 of this Order may be inspected at the offices of Pulse Tidal Limited at Innovation Technology Centre, Advanced Manufacturing Park, Brunel Way, Catcliffe, Rotherham, S60 5WG.
