This Order authorises the Promoter to construct and operate various railways and other works on land within or adjacent to the Shell redundant oil refinery site, Shellhaven, Stanford-le-Hope, in the Borough of Thurrock in Essex. A copy of the deposited plans and the deposited sections referred to in this Order may be inspected at the London Gateway site offices, Shell Haven, The Manorway, Stanford-le-Hope, Essex SS17 9PD.
