This Order authorises Associated British Ports to construct an extension to the existing Immingham Gas Jetty and confers ancillary powers in connection with the works. The deposited plans and sections defined in article 2 of the Order may be inspected during normal hours at the principal office of Associated British Ports at 150 Holborn, London EC1N 2LR.
