Explanatory note

This Order empowers the Duchy of Cornwall as the harbour authority for St Mary’s (Isles of Scilly) to construct and maintain works and other harbour facilities at the harbour. The Order also enables the Duchy to set apart and appropriate any part of the harbour for the exclusive, partial or preferential use and accommodation of any particular trade, person, vessel or goods.
