These Regulations impose a permanent 50 miles per hour speed limit on a section of the M53 Motorway at Junction 1 (Bidston Moss Viaduct) and on two slip roads at this junction, in the Borough of Wirral in the County of Merseyside. A regulatory impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as it has no impact on the costs of business, charities or voluntary bodies.
