This Order provides for the construction of a railway and other works, and the acquisition of land and rights, in connection with the Telford Railfreight (Donnington) scheme in the borough of Telford & Wrekin. A copy of the land and works plans and the sections and the book of reference referred to in this Order may be inspected at the offices of the Borough of Telford and Wrekin, Darby House, Lawn Central, Telford TF3 4LB.
