These Regulations amend the Products of Animal Origin (Third Country Imports) (England) Regulations 2003 (S.I. 2003/3177) by providing in regulation 62 that contravention of certain provisions does not constitute an offence and by correcting an error in regulation 65. A regulatory impact assessment has not been prepared for these Regulations.
