These Regulations impose a maximum speed limit of 50 miles per hour when driving any motor vehicle on the M11 motorway for a 1,000 metre length on the northbound carriageway at Junction 4 and on the total length of the two entry slip roads from the A406 North Circular Road to that motorway. A full regulatory impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as it has no impact on the costs of business.
