This Order authorises The Mersey Docks and Harbour Company to construct a series of floating pontoons and approach bridges adjoining the existing Liverpool Landing Stage. The plan and sections referred to in Article 2(1) may be inspected during normal working hours at the offices of The Mersey Docks and Harbour Company at Maritime Centre, Port of Liverpool L21 1LA.
