This Order authorises The Mersey Docks and Harbour Company to construct a rock berm and twin deck linkspan together with berthing dolphins adjoining Langton Dock and a bridge to the new linkspan. The plan and sections referred to in article 2(1) may be inspected during normal working hours at the offices of the Mersey Docks and Harbour Company at Maritime Centre, Port of Liverpool L21 1LA.
