This Order authorises Heathrow Airport Limited to construct works and compulsorily to acquire and use land for the purpose of making an extension to the Heathrow Express Railway from the Central Terminal Area of Heathrow Airport to the proposed site of the new Terminal 5 building. This Order also confers ancillary powers in connection with the construction and operation of that extension. Copies of the plans and sections are available for inspection at the offices of Heathrow Airport Limited at 130 Wilton Road, London SW1V 1LQ.
