This Order authorises the West Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive to construct works and compulsorily to acquire land for the purpose of extending the tramway system authorised by the Leeds Supertram Act 1993 between Leeds City Centre and Seacroft in the City of Leeds. A copy of the deposited plans and sections and the book of reference may be inspected free of charge during working hours at the offices of the West Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive, Wellington House, 40–50 Wellington Street, Leeds LS1 2DE.
