The Order authorises the Berkeley Festival Waterfront Company Limited to construct works which interfere with navigation, namely a fixed observation structure for viewing events, objects and the surrounding region, in Portsmouth Harbour at Gunwharf Quays. Copies of the deposited plans and the deposited section are available for inspection free of charge during opening hours at the offices of Portsmouth City Council, Civic Offices, Guildhall Square, Portsmouth PO1 2AS.
