This Order, made under the United Nations Act 1946, applies to each of the territories specified in Schedule 1. It imposes restrictions, pursuant to a decision of the Security Council of the United Nations in its resolution 1306 of 5th July 2000, on the import of rough diamonds from Sierra Leone.
