Council Regulation (EC) No. 2111/1999 of 4th October 1999 prohibits the supply, sale and export of specified petroleum and petroleum products to certain parts of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. These Regulations— a make it an offence to infringe that prohibition; b provide for licensing of supplies, sales and exports, and participation in related activities in accordance with the Council Regulation; and c make provision for enforcement.
