Part I of these Regulations makes provision for the procedures for handling complaints relating to the conduct of senior police members of the National Crime Intelligence Service. The Regulations generally mirror Part IX of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 (c. 60). Part II of these Regulations makes provision for the handling of complaints relating to the conduct of civilian members of the National Criminal Intelligence Service.
