This Order authorises the transfer to the Mid-Norfolk Railway Preservation Trust (a charitable company limited by guarantee) of the railway line between Wymondham and Dereham, Norfolk, together with certain statutory and other rights and liabilities. The Order makes provision for the safety of works and equipment and for the safe operation of level crossings.
