This Order authorises the Greater Manchester Passenger Transport Executive to construct works and compulsorily to acquire land and rights in land for the purpose of extending the Metrolink light rapid transit system from Trafford Bar to Manchester Ringway Airport and incorporating a loop back to Southmoor Road.
