This Order authorises the construction and operation of a new level crossing and the operation of an existing level crossing at Forge Lane, Horbury, near Wakefield to form part of the Bombardier Prorail Limited railway undertaking. Copies of the works plan are available for inspection free of charge on Mondays to Fridays between the hours of 10.00 am and 4.00 pm at the following offices:— Bombardier Prorail Limited, Horbury, Wakefield, West Yorkshire, WF4 5QH; Wakefield Metropolitan District Council, Chantry House, 123 Kirkgate, Wakefield, West Yorkshire, WF1 1YG.
