This Order applies the provisions of Part I of the Maintenance Orders (Reciprocal Enforcement) Act 1972, as amended, to the States of the United States of America specified in Schedule 1, with the modifications set out in Schedule 2. Schedule 3 sets out Part I of the Act as so applied. This Order comes into force on 1st December 1995.
