This Order authorises the Harwich Dock Company Limited to construct and maintain new works at Harwich Harbour; and to carry out subsidiary works. The Order also confers further powers on the Company to maintain and operate their undertaking at the harbour as a statutory harbour undertaking and defines the limits of jurisdiction of the Company. The applicants for this Order are the Harwich Dock Company Limited.
