This Order amends the Sea Fishing (Enforcement of Community Control Measures) Order 1985 as amended (“the 1985 Order”), in consequence of the consolidation and repeal of Council Regulation (EEC) No. 2057/82 as amended, by Council Regulation (EEC) No. 2241/87 establishing certain control measures for fishing activities. In consequence of the consolidation the 1985 Order is amended— a by substituting a new definition of “the Council Regulation” (article 3); and b by replacing references to numbered articles where the article numbers of the consolidating Regulation differ from the numbers of corresponding articles of the Regulation repealed (articles 4 to 8).

What Parliament said about it
Hansard was searched for this instrument by name and returned nothing. That is the ordinary outcome: an instrument laid under the negative procedure is usually never debated, and becomes law without a word said about it in either House.
How Parliament handled it
Parliament's Statutory Instruments service records procedure from May 2017 onwards, and this instrument predates it. That is a limit of the source, not a statement that nothing happened.
