This Order prohibits trawling in an area of sea adjacent to the North Norfolk coast within the fishery limits of the British Islands but excluding the territorial waters during the period 1st May to 15th October, both dates inclusive, in every year commencing with the year 1973. By virtue of section 5(8) of the Act the Order applies to all fishing boats including foreign vessels.
