This Order empowers Lerwick Port Authority to construct and maintain works in the Port and Harbour of Lerwick. The Order extends the Authority’s borrowing powers. The Order amends the Lerwick Harbour (Miscellaneous Provisions) Order Confirmation Act 1975. Copies of the Environmental Statement for the project and the deposited plans and sections can be inspected free of charge at the Offices of the Scottish Ministers at Victoria Quay, Edinburgh, EH6 6QQ between 09:00 and 16:30 (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Copies of the Environmental Statement and the deposited plans and sections may also be inspected free of charge at the Office of Lerwick Port Authority, Albert Building, Lerwick, Shetland, ZE1 0LL, between 09:00 and 13:00 and 14:00 and 16:30 (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
