This Order authorises the redevelopment of the existing Old Fish Market Pier to form a new quay at Scrabster Harbour together with three areas that may be dredged as part of the improvement of the harbour. The applicant for the Order is the Scrabster Harbour Trust, Harbour Office, Scrabster, Caithness, KW14 7UJ.
