This Order empowers Port of Cairnryan Limited to construct and maintain an enlarged port and other port facilities at the Port of Cairnryan in Loch Ryan. The Order also confers powers on Port of Cairnryan Limited to maintain and operate their undertaking at the Port of Cairnryan as a statutory harbour undertaking and defines the limits of jurisdiction of the Port.
