These Regulations amend the Registration of Fish Buyers and Sellers and Designation of Fish Auction Sites Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005. The Regulations provide for the administration and enforcement, in part, of Articles 59, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66 and 67 of Council Regulation (EC) No 1224/2009 (OJ No. L 343, 22.12.2009, p. 1) establishing a Community control system for ensuring compliance with the rules of the Common Fisheries Policy, in particular requirements relating to the first marketing and purchasing of fish (first sale fish). The Regulations also correct errors in the Registration of Fish Buyers and Sellers and Designation of Fish Auction Sites Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005.

What Parliament said about it
Hansard was searched for this instrument by name and returned nothing. That is the ordinary outcome: an instrument laid under the negative procedure is usually never debated, and becomes law without a word said about it in either House.
How Parliament handled it
Parliament's Statutory Instruments service records procedure from May 2017 onwards, and this instrument predates it. That is a limit of the source, not a statement that nothing happened.
