This Order amends the Public Order (Northern Ireland) Order 1987— a to increase the period of notice to be given of a public procession and alter the form of, and details to be included in, any such notice; and b to empower the police to confiscate alcohol from persons taking part in, travelling to, or present at or in the vicinity of, a public procession.
