This Order provides for certain statutory functions of Health and Social Services Boards to be exercisable, on behalf of Boards, by Health and Social Services trusts. The Order also makes new provision for the audit of accounts of certain health and social services bodies and requires persons seeking registration as pharmaceutical chemists to satisfy prescribed conditions as to character, physical or mental health and other matters.

How Parliament handled it

Parliament's Statutory Instruments service records procedure from May 2017 onwards, and this instrument predates it. That is a limit of the source, not a statement that nothing happened.
