I beg to move, That the draft Agriculture (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Northern Ireland) Order 1984, which was laid before this House on 31st January, be approved. This order seeks to amend various items of legislation and to revoke others with which the Department of Agriculture for Northern Ireland is concerned. The order also provides for a levy on the Northern Ireland seed potato industry as well as for the making of schemes to aid consumers of liquid milk.
